Min was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Vancouver with his parents and siblings at the age of 10. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce and post-graduate studies in real estate valuation from UBC and is an accredited AACI.
He has held senior advisory roles in two of the largest real estate consultancies in Canada prior to starting RealSIDE Consulting Inc. Now his greatest focus is on ‘community-first’ projects that foster win-win situations between government bodies, non-profit organizations, developers, and land owners.
Min is an active volunteer in a number of different charities and also serves on the Board as Treasurer of the Vancouver Resource Society, which provide supportive housing and programs for seniors and persons with disabilities.
Min and his wife Coco recently moved to Ambleside with their three little children and can be found chasing them around, yelling in either Spanish or Korean, on the Centennial Sea Walk or John Lawson Park.
